In a building(non-residential) if the overall conditioned space is less than 15%, should the project meet the GRIHA Building Envelope Peak Heat Gain Factor thresholds for all the spaces or just the conditioned spaces in order to gain points or can the project claim non applicability.

Solution

The point for Building Envelope Peak Heat Gain Factor will be non applicable if the non-conditioned area is more than 80% of the total built up area registered for the rating.
