Should AC schedule be modeled for a project where the developer has not given provision for AC electrical point or drain?
Solution
If the cost per flat is less than 25 Lakh rupees or it is 1 BHK, the project can be modeled as non AC. However, if these conditions are not met, then the project will have to assume ACs as applicable for all other residential projects.
