What is the approximate % of energy saving achieved through various rating categories offered under GRIHA New building rating viz. 5 STAR, 4 STAR, 3 STAR etc.?

The percentage energy saved by any project may vary depending upon type of equipment installed and various ECM (energy conservation measures) considered in the project. However, energy savings for most of the projects ranges between 10% to 40% below the GRIHA's EPI Benchmark.
