(#8432) Calculation of ground coverage area

Query

1. How to calculate the ground coverage area? Is the ground coverage area, same as that of Building footprint area? Kindly confirm?
2. If any ground coverage area includes a courtyard area or cut-out area, ramp area? Do we need to deduct the same from the building footprint area?

Solution

1. Yes ground coverage is the same as building footprint.   
2. Ground coverage does not include open courtyards/ramps etc.
