Our project has made a provision of a resting room & toilet facility for service staff at campus level. However, the virtual boundary of the project does not include the entire campus. Kindly confirm whether these can be considered as provisions for servicesStaff at campus level, as required in criterion 26e.
Solution
The facilities available on the site are accepted. However, the project has to demonstrate that the services provided are sufficient to cater to the campus service staff population. Please note that the number of service staff calculation has to be done as per GRIHA.
If the site facilities are as per GRIHA standards, the compliance will be accepted on submission of relevant documentation.
