How should compliance be demonstrated for C2- Low impact design: insolation analysis for summer months? What is the base case for insolation analysis and how is it calculated?

To demonstrate compliance for Criterion 2, Strategy- massing of the building/campus done in a manner to reduce insolation, base case can be considered as a building with the same footprint and volume as the proposed case without mutual shading/effect of massing i.e. a cube or cuboid with the same footprint and volume as the proposed case.
