1) Can GRIHA V3.1 requirements for temperature and RH hold good for V2015 as well?
2) Should we follow Indian adaptive comfort model or ASHRAE 55, and can compliance be demonstrated for 60% of the occupied hours for warm and humid climate or is it required for 100% of the occupied hours?

Yes, GRIHA V3.1 requirements for temperature and RH hold good for V2015 as well.  Compliance is to be considered as defined in Indian adaptive comfort model and/or ASHRAE 55.
