Instead of approved site plan from the regulatory authority, can the Environment Clearance be submitted to prove conformity with UDPFI guidelines?

All duly approved documents from the local authorities applicable for your site, including sanctioned plans and Environmental Clearance have to be submitted by the project team to demonstrate conformity with the development plan/UDPFI guidelines under Criterion 1 (GRIHA v2015).
