(#7821) Lack of dedicated maintenance staff

A hospital project   has more than 15 ward buildings, administrative building, OPD, canteen, etc.  However, there is no dedicated electrical maintenance staff with the user (hospital) to monitor the weekly or monthly readings in case individual meters are installed. It would be difficult for the electrical maintenance department to monitor such a large number of buildings. What should be done in this case?

Criterion 3 of the GRIHA EB mandates that maintenance and housekeeping protocols must be in place and followed. The maintenance and safety protocols along with records and schedules for the specified systems (electrical, HVAC, RE, etc.) in the last three months have to be submitted for the same. Please note: weekly or monthly readings in case of individual meters are not required as a part of compliance.
