In our project STP and WTP are provided and will be functional but are not located within the registered project site but on an adjacent site which is also separately registered under GRIHA and owned by the same client.
Please note that, since these two projects are owned by the same client, all the services are common for both the projects and are located in the adjacent project site which happens to be a larger site.
In such cases can we consider the criterion related benefits for STP and WTP for this project?
Response
The mentioned proposal is accepted. However, please note that mandatory/optional metering (as attempted) should be as per the GRIHA requirement. Also, points will only be awarded if the STP is installed and working for the project at the time of final evaluation.
