A hospital project has more than 15 ward buildings, administrative building, OPD, canteen, etc. However, there is only one meter for the complete campus. Moreover, the utility provider will not install meters for each building.

Criterion 4 of the GRIHA EB mandates compliance with the basic metering requirements (Digital meters at utility grids, on-site RE systems, diesel/ gas gen-sets and so on). Please note it’s not mandatory to install individual meters for each building.
