We have 04 projects in a campus at 04 different locations and having 04 victual boundaries. Can we get a single certificate for all 04 projects?
Response
For new construction, if the buildings to be registered are set apart at distances with other built forms in between, then they must be registered individually with separate virtual boundaries with all infrastructural services for the registered project falling within the ownership of the client.
At the time of the award of rating, the projects will have the following two options:
- Obtain a single rating covering all four projects (only the names of 04 registered projects will be written on the Rating letter); or
- Obtain individual ratings for each of the four projects.
The project will also have the option to club different rating variants; however, in such cases, the rating variant with the higher built-up area will be applicable.
Please note that, irrespective of the option selected, all formalities will need to be completed separately for all four projects.
