Can safety and security (Save Our Souls—SOS buttons) be considered for innovation in GRIHA version 2015 under CRITERION 31, as referenced in CRITERION 30 of the 2019 manual?

SoS button can be claimed under innovation category. However, at least one SoS button must be provided on each floor in the common area. If multiple wings or buildings are provided, then the same shall be followed for all buildings.
