We are installing CO2, temperature and humidity sensors in all the entrance lobbies of our building towers and club house. It is a residential project and registered under Griha V2015. Is it what is recommended in the GRIHA criterion 12.1.2?

To achieve points in Appraisal 12.1.2 the project team must install CO2, temperature and RH sensors in all common areas*.
*Applicable only for residential buildings.
