(#8535) High SRI tiles on walkways as a UHIE mitigation strategy.

Our project intends to use High SRI tiles (SRI>0.5) for the pavements (walkways used for pedestrian movements only; this is not the setback area). Would this be an acceptable strategy for mitigation of UHIE and can we include the High SRI tile area as compliant areas for the calculations?

Open to sky areas with high SRI tiles will be considered as compliant areas for UHIE calculation.
