If the monitoring system (SCADA) is connected to LAN without internet connectivity, then will that qualify for the criterion?
Solution
The monitoring system connected through LAN may show visual status of system or additionally it may also help in system operations, however since, SCADA doesn't have internet facility or web hosting portal, the project is subjected to achieve three points under appraisal 28.1.3 if installed system is capable to meet the compliance requirement.
Additional three points under appraisal 28.1.4 shall be awarded only if the installed system is able to share data with GRIHA Online benchmarking platform and fulfill the other compliance requirement under the same appraisal
