Is one energy meter per tenant office space acceptable in a multiple tenant core and shell building with additional sub metering for DG sets, lifts, exterior lighting and common area lighting?

Solution

Individual tenant level metering is acceptable only for residential typologies and not for commercial segment as the energy consumption and usage pattern are different in residential and commercial typologies.
