How long does it take to get a GRIHA Certification? What is the process for getting the Certification?

Solution

Project is usually registered with GRIHA Council when the construction is yet to begin or has just started. Thereafter, a workshop and 2 site visits during construction are conducted. Meanwhile, the documents must be uploaded on the online GRIHA Panel. A final site visit is conducted after the 2nd round of document submission. Review of documents usually takes 3 weeks. The project team will be given an opportunity to substantiate any documents that are falling short. After which final evaluation will be done. This may take another 3 weeks. The time for certification will also be dependent on the project pace and time taken by team to submit documents.
