Are thermal comfort conditions for non-air-conditioned spaces same in both GRIHA V3 and GRIHA 2015?

GRIHA V 3.0 prescribes that the thermal comfort conditions for a non-air-conditioned space have to be met for 60% of the annual hours in warm & humid zone as per NBC-2005. Is the same applicable for GRIHA 2015 as well?  If no, please indicate the compliance methodology for meeting the requirement as per NBC-2005.
