The project is a medical campus having a Hospital, college, lab, residential towers, workshop, etc. The BMS is only serving the conditioned building however, the unconditioned buildings do not have BMS but the meters are available but not connected with the BMS. How we can target the credit and what will be the methodology.

One-way and Two-way communicable Smart Metering operate on BMS system, therefore to target points for this criterion project team needs to connect all basic energy and water digital meters with BMS or similar system.
