What is GRIHA provisional rating?
Solution
The provisional GRIHA Rating is awarded after complete evaluation of project documentation submitted by the project proponents. The final rating is awarded after the building is fully commissioned as per the design intent and is operational for at least 12 months. An energy audit report (as per criterion 30 of GRIHA V 2015 and criterion 32 of GRIHA V 2/3) by an energy auditor accredited by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency needs to be submitted to GRIHA Council to achieve the final rating.
