Should the project be fully commissioned for GRIHA rating?

Solution

GRIHA Rating is awarded in 2 steps. Provisional rating is awarded when the building construction is complete and the final rating is awarded on the submission of post-occupancy audit data of 1 year. At the time of provisional rating, all the systems affecting GRIHA Rating (for example, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, renewable energy, solar hot-water, STP, WTP etc.) must be installed and commissioned.
