Can we get points in Criterion 15 as well as Criterion 16 (GRIHA V3) by using fly ash?

Fly ash bricks are appraised only in Criterion 15, i.e. utilization of fly ash. So the product will not be appraised again in Criterion 16. Although, a project can achieve points in both criteria by using light weight brick or block that also has fly ash content. For example, if a project uses AAC blocks, which are much lower in density then conventional burnt clay bricks then they will get points in Criterion 16. And if these AAC blocks are composed of Fly ash (in the required proportion as per criterion 15) then points in Criterion 15 will also be achieved.
