How should the window height be calculated in the day lit zone area calculations in Criterion 13, GRIHA Version 3? 

Solution

In GRIHA, the day lit zone area calculation methodology is the same as described in ECBC. As per ECBC, for calculation of day lit zone, the window height to be considered (only for day lit zone calculation) is the height of the lintel of the window from the floor.
