Are day light sensors acceptable as lighting controls and will they satisfy ECBC norms and GRIHA requirements?

The building is multi-functional with an academic block and residential block.   On the inside, daylight sensors are provided in enclosed spaces as per ECBC 2007.
Will this be accepted as lighting control and will the building satisfy ECBC norms and be GRIHA compliant?

Solution

If sensors are provided as per ECBC, then it is acceptable in GRIHA.
