Please confirm - 3rd party commissioning can be done by the same company
1. who is doing facilitation & energy simulation and a different commissioning team not involved in design.
or
2. A different company only not involved in facilitation & energy simulation.

3rd party commissioning has to be performed by a 3rd party agency/organization/company not involved in any form with the client for green building consultancy, structure, MEP, designing etc. for the said project.
