Do we need to provide separate energy meters for HVAC and interior and exterior lighting which is mandatory as per ECBC 2017 and not mentioned in GRIHA 2019.

Separate energy meters for HVAC, interior and exterior lighting are part of the extended metering under Criterion 28: Smart Metering and Monitoring of GRIHA Version 2019. The project can claim an additional 1 point if separate meters are installed for HVAC, lighting (indoor and outdoor) and basement parking lighting. Refer to the manual at the link:
