(#778) Inconsistency in sanctioned plans and working drawings

Query

As approved plan used to get sanctioned in earlier stages of project, working drawings will be having some inconsistency in area, footprint & landscaping. We need confirmation from GRIHA team that whether this inconsistency is considered or we should proceed with only sanctioned plan.

Also suggest if this will meet the requirement of both precertification & final certification documentation.

Response

During pre-certification, the project can submit drawings which will be submitted for approval. However, during the GRIHA provisional rating, the approved plan should match the construction drawings submitted for evaluation.
If there is a major change from the pre-certification stage to the rating stage, then the same needs to be informed to GRIHA council. Minor changes and variations in design from the pre-cert stage are expected and accepted.
