Since the registration of our project a few years back there have been certain changes in the project. As opposed to 16 blocks registered originally we will now be constructing only 15 blocks. Can the built up area of the project be changed at this stage and can the extra registration fee paid for the 16th block be refunded?

Please be informed that the fee once paid is not refunded. However, the changes in the built-up area which you have mentioned will be done on the portal.
