Can an average LPCD value be considered for a project with mixed use?

A project has residential, commercial, institutional buildings with varying Per Capita daily water demand standards as per NBC 2005. The Online Carrying Capacity Calculator has option of entering only 1 value for Proposed population and LPCD. Kindly advice whether an average LPCD value can be considered for the entire proposed population.

Overall average LPCD value is acceptable in this section.
