Is Precertification for GRIHA - LD possible?

 

Solution

GRIHA LD has two-parts - Master plan rating and Phase-wise rating. The Master plan rating is given based on the proposed design for the entire project and acts as Pre-certification. However, if the project intends to apply for Fast-track environmental clearance, then the main GRIHA pre-certification would be required.
