Can a project be registered in case the construction is halfway done?
Solution
It is recommended to register the projects at the start of the design stage to get maximum benefits from GRIHA registration. However, projects at the beginning of the construction stage can also register if they can demonstrate compliance with all mandatory GRIHA criteria.
