Can a project apply for GRIHA rating if it is in the stage of completion?

 

Solution

Only those buildings that are in the design stage are eligible for certification under GRIHA. Completed projects cannot apply for GRIHA rating. A project specific discussion with GRIHA Council is usually done in unique cases to ensure proper course of action.
