We wish to register our project for GRIHA rating. We will not be constructing all the buildings in one phase.  So what is the documentation process for this type of construction?

Solution

You may divide the project into more than 1 part / phase, depending upon the phases of construction. Each phase can be registered for rating separately. You may divide the buildings in a manner such that all buildings which will get finished together get registered in one phase and the remaining in second phase. Since GRIHA rating is awarded once the registered buildings are completed, the phase which gets completed first can get the rating first and the rating of the second phase can be done at the time of its completion.

The documentation process will be the same as for any other GRIHA registered project.
