Can a project registered in GRIHA Version 3, upgrade to GRIHA V 2015? Is it possible to choose a combination of both the versions?

Projects registered in V.3 can upgrade to v.2015 (subject to meeting mandatory criterion of V.2015). Combination of both the versions is not possible.
